Terms of Reference
The board of directors is responsible for defining the vision, mission, goals and strategies for the Partnership. The board also sets
clear expectations for outcomes, approves annual work plans and budgets, measures and monitors progress and budgets, appoints
committee members, endorses operational changes and delegates authority to the Coordinator and management committee for
program and project implementation.
